BACKGROUND TO WESTWAY HOUSING ASSOCIATION

Westway Housing Association Ltd was originally constituted as Grove Housing Association Ltd, in March 1987, and took over the running of a hostel from a local charity. It registered as a Friendly Society on the 28th June, 1988 and became registered with the Housing Corporation under the Housing Associations Act 1985, on the 6th September,1988. We currently has almost 500 self contained dwellings and 16 hostel bed spaces in management. We also have over 50 homes in our development pipeline. Westway HA is run by a Board of Management currently with 11 persons. Westway HA's staff structure is headed by Ricky Scipio, the Association's Chief Executive.
