Board of Management
The Board currently consists of 8 members elected by the shareholders plus 3 co-opted members, 2 of whom are tenant representatives.
The Board meets quarterly to consider overall strategy and future development, allocation of financial resources, acquisitions and disposals, approval of major investments, annual budgets, annual results, senior executive appointments, treasury policy, risk management and high level performance monitoring via a Balanced Scorecard Report.
In addition there are two committees which deal with more detailed matters:
The Policy and Performance (P&P) Committee consists of 8 Board members and meets quarterly to review the Management Accounts and other performance reports. It also conducts reviews of proposed new and revised policies and deals with staffing issues.
The Audit Committee consists of 6 members and meets twice a year. Its remit is internal and external audit and compliance with the Housing Corporation's Regulatory Code and the Association's own policies.
