One of our general needs housing schemes: Westhill Court, Notting Hill

The Association currently manages and owned 486 homes for rent in 46 separate locations across 7 London boroughs. The vast majority of our properties have been built in the last 15 years and are flats.

These homes are let on \'assured\' tenancies at affordable rents. It is a condition of the funding we receive that we must house applicants referred to us by the local council. Therefore we do not have a waiting list and so you can\'t apply directly to us for housing. Instead we work with the local councils who refer people to us.
