Staff
Westway employs nine permanent members of staff at Head Office plus a Supported Housing Officer based partly at Head Office and partly at the Earl's Court scheme and six staff at the Hostel.
In addition, Westway provides opportunities for people from ethnic minority communities to gain work experience on a volunteer basis. The Association pays travel and lunch expenses and provides a structured placement with approved job descriptions.
