Volunteer Jobs

The Association only employs 16 paid staff (see Staff page). Therefore we do not normally have any vacancies. However when any of these posts do become available you will be able to download the Job Packs including Application forms and, if you wish, apply by e-mail.

In addition, Westway provides opportunities for people from ethnic minority communities to gain work experience on a volunteer basis. The Association pays travel and lunch expenses and provides a structured placement with approved job descriptions. The Association does not have specific volunteer posts but its ability to take on volunteers is limited by its supervision capacity and expenses budget. Volunteer placements are available for a minimum commitment of 2 days per week for 3 months.

There is the possibility of volunteer placements in all our departments (Housing management, maintenance, supported housing, administration / reception and finance / IT). If you are interested in volunteering, please download an application form below and return it to us as indicated on the form. If you have any questions please phone Colleen Carrington-Miles on 020 8962 3332.
