Shared ownership allows you to part-buy and part-rent a home and offers the opportunity for some of our residents to make the move towards home ownership.

Our shared ownership portfolio has so far included five units at Wotton House in Isleworth, two at Belmont Road in Uxbridge and 12 at Montpelier Road in Ealing.
