Our fair and transparent allocations policy aims to give new applicants for our homes more choice, as we work to meet the housing needs of individuals and communities.

We provide permanent housing and specialist housing to assist people whose housing needs cannot be met in the private market at prices they can afford.

We do not operate a waiting list or respond to direct applications. Instead, we work closely with local authorities in the areas we operate in. We also consult and co-operate with other local agencies.

When we have a permanent home available for transfer applicants, we advertise it through the Locata choice-based lettings scheme. For more details go to the Moving home section of our website.
