The aim of our Compensation policy is to give our position on all claims for service failure compensation.

You can apply for compensation if:
- we fail to carry out repairs you have reported within a reasonable time, or
- your home is unfit to live in because of poor conditions.
We will also consider granting compensation for:
- service failures
- goodwill payments and goodwill gestures, and
- loss of facilities or damage to customers’ belongings.
