The aim of our Compensation policy is to give our position on all claims for service failure compensation.

You can apply for compensation if:

  • we fail to carry out repairs you have reported within a reasonable time, or
  • your home is unfit to live in because of poor conditions.


We will also consider granting compensation for:

  • service failures
  • goodwill payments and goodwill gestures, and
  • loss of facilities or damage to customers’ belongings.
