Paying your rent

You must always pay your rent in full and in advance.

Ways to pay

Direct Debit

Direct debits are by far the easiest and most convenient way to pay. You could also win a shopping voucher in our regular prize draws. Download our direct debit form and send it back to Finance Department, Westway Housing Association, Unit 292b Kensal Road, London W10 5BE. We will do the rest, including updating the amount you pay after annual rent changes. We will give you plenty of notice before making changes.

Standing Order

Download the form here. You can send this completed to your bank, or use the details to set up a standing order using your bank’s online banking system.

Online Payment

  • Use the Order form on this website, which will take you through to a secure site for Barclays Bank. Don’t forget to give your tenant reference number and today’s date, so that we can match your payment to your account. Terms and conditions apply.

Bank Transfers

  • Make a one-off transfer from your bank to ours. Our account Sort code is: 20-65-82. Account number: 43238954. Use your tenant reference number so that we know who has paid.

  • Make a payment at any branch of Barclays Bank. Our account Sort code is: 20-65-82. Account number: 43238954. Use your Tenant Reference ( eg BLOGGES01)  so that we know who has paid.

By phone

Call our main number 208 964 2323 and choose the appropriate option . Please note, you will need to use your Tenant Reference Number (eg 100000#) for identification. Check this by speaking to a member of staff first.

Cheque

We can accept cheques (not cash) sent by post to Head Office, but bear in mind your payment will take much longer to credit to your rent account.
