Service standards – Local offer agreement

Local offers are locally agreed standards of service that have been developed by our tenants and staff. The process is about making sure we monitor service performance effectively, rather than about changing the services we deliver.

Our regulator requires landlords to get back to basics and asks us to work with you to improve the way we deliver services. Our local offers give us a way of measuring how well we are doing.

We report back to you by the 1 October each year in our Annual Report. This lets you know how we’re doing, what standard of service you are getting and our plans for improvements. We discuss these plans with residents and consult you when they affect you directly.
